Single Point of Contact vs Helpdesks

The ING PKI Service Centre offers support to the ING Business Units using PKI on top of their electronic applications and is the single point of contact for non-ING parties in the field of Public Key Infrastructure.

End user support is always offered via the application helpdesks of the ING Business Unit you received your PKI package from. In case of any problem, please contact the application helpdesk as described in your users manual.
